Transfer, The European Review of Labour and Research , is the quarterly peer-reviewed scientific journal of the Research Department of the European Trade Union Institute (ETUI). Since 1995, the journal has published research findings of relevance to both the European trade union movement and the academic and research community with the aim of stimulating dialogue between the two. Transfer helps to foster understanding of significant developments in the field of European trade union policy and industrial relations. The journal presents research findings of practical relevance to industrial relations. At the same time, it enables the academic and research community to gain access to the world of industrial relations in practice. Transfer contains contributions from a wide range of disciplines, including sociology, economics, political science, law and history.
