Abstract

In this paper three methods of constructing (affine) α- resolvable 2- or 3- associate partially balanced incomplete block (PBIB) designs are presented. Kageyama and Mohan (1985) have constructed these designs with v being a prime number but we construct these designs for any positive integer v.
