Abstract
This paper provides some methods of construction of Balanced Bipartite Block Designs with Nested Rows and Columns (BBPB-RC Designs). The methods are based on balanced incomplete block (BIB) designs, initial block solutions, merging of treatments and use of reinforcement technique.
