Paroxetine is one of the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor antidepressant drugs. Galactorrhea can be seen during antidepressant treatments. There are a few reports in literature on paroxetine use and related prolactin level changes. We present a case that was receiving paroxetine in whom despite low blood levels of the drug, hyperprolactinemia, and galactorrhea was found.
