In the March 1996 issue of Project Management Journal, Ralph L. Kliem and Harris B. Anderson introduced a style survey tool and summarized a paradigm for its applicability to project management (“Teambuilding Styles and Their Impact on Project Management Results”). This paper takes their work as a starting point and shows how the basic tendencies they outlined can be extended, quantified, and applied in a project situation.
