Abstract
An enzyme-linked immunoassay using monoclonal antibodies, specific for polymorphic class I and class II MHC antigens distributed among inbred, congenic and hybrid strains of rats, was developed, in order to provide an easy means of identifying different strains of rats by typing their blood cells.
