Abstract
This paper studies a nonholonomic black hole system as kernel of a Gibbs-Pfaff form or by the span of four appropriate vector fields. Joining techniques from Riemannian geometry, optimal control and thermodynamics, we create a new geometrical model for black holes systems that produce meaningful results. We give the solution of a two-time optimal control problem describing the torsion of a nonholonomic black hole, taken as parameters of evolution the entropy and the angular momentum. Also we prove that the nonholonomic black holes systems can be controlled by uni-temporal or bi-temporal bang-bang controls.
