In the face of the requirement for professional skills in modern design processes such as mass customization and digital design techniques, our teaching of engineering graphics to engineering student needs to adapt. This paper proposes a new curriculum for an engineering graphics course, which combines traditional engineering graphics with modern digital design technologies. The paper highlights the need for training in innovative design, team cooperation and graphical communication.
