The journal of the royal college of physicians of edinburgh (JRCPE) is a scholarly, peer reviewed, international scientific journal with three main emphases – clinical medicine, education and medical history and humanities. JRCPE publishes reports of original research, including audits, cases reports, and images in medicine (investigation findings of general interest with images), medical history and humanities, letters to the editor.
